His parents name are recorded in the Baptismal Register which would normally indicate that they were present. However, it is thought that his mother Esther was ill from childbirth related problems as she died less than a fortnight later followed within a week by her son, so she may not have been there. Probably Thomas' father and his surviivng siblings Hezekiah, Frances and Harriet were there. Who else was present is not known.

His father and his surviving siblings Hezekiah, Frances and Harriet were probably there. The cause of his death is unknown but was probably childbirth related as his mother had died the week before.
