The interment in the churchyard took place immediately after the service which was attended by her husband George, her daughter Susan and Susan's husband George, her brother Harry and his wife Barbara, and friends. Whether her grandchildren Ian and Bobby who would have been comparatively young attended is not known. Her niece Pat wanted to attend but was unable to make the necessary arrangements for travelling from Shirley where she lived.

Her estate was valued at £4,062. The names of the executors and beneficiaries are unknown but it is probable that her husband George was the executor and that the bulk of her estate went to him. However, he was very generous to their daughter Susan and if the bulk of the estate had gone to him it is certain that he would have shared it with Susan.

Leslie Isaac was the groom's brother and Harry and Ellen Luscombe who were the bride's parents. Leslie was almost certainly the best man. Who the other guests were is not known. The groom's parents who were strict Plymouth Brethren they may have stayed away. The bride's siblings Doris and Harry were almost certainly there.
