Gertrude (or Truda as she like to be called) told her nephew Jack Ward that the Judge said that it was one of the worst cases he had come across. At the time Gertrude was living in her brother William's bungalow Greenwood at Selsey and the case was reported in the local paper. Gertrude was amused that people thought that the case referred to the local builder who was called Arnot. Jack has not been able to find either the divorce record or the newspaper article.
